The environment in the otter areas is remote and near pristine.
It is not human activity or pollution that cleaned out the area
it is the otters. I know this area. Please look at my reply above,
control your emotions and pick A or B. Also, have you ever been
diving the CA Central Coast or are your comparisons just from
your heart?
