I suspect that most motorcyclists share my viewpoint on
the Yukon, and distrust the attempts by anyone to make it
'safer.' We know where that can lead.
Slang - I will counter your line on the two types of
motorcyclists. I have not gone down yet (6 years, 67k miles)
and I don't intend to. I do plan for it in terms of gear,
and accept that it can happen. I never liked that expression
because it seems almost self fulfilling. It's intended to
remind new riders that there is danger, but I want them to
fight it all the way down to the ground.
