Jim - 100-110ft isn't deep. I would use nitrox myself
for the added BT, but it isn't a depth to be afraid of.
Most California boat divers routinely go to that depth.
As for overhead - it only offers that if you choose to
accept it. I have to drive out of northern cal to find
wrecks - don't seem to have a problem knowing where not
to go.
Were this wreck at 180ft, with china burried deep inside,
things would be different.
