Of all the absurd discussions I have seen over the years on the lists, this one is right up there with the most off the wall.
A 366' ship that is sunk on it's side does NOT consitute and OE, then what does??????????
Ask the diver that had the problem that started these threads if he had a direct ascent to the surface, she if he thinks it's not an overhead environment..
