Like I said a few weeks ago on this very bbs WRT the same topic (http://diver.net/bbs/messages/2353.shtml), I think some warnings and suggestions should be standardized by the commercial dive boats visiting the Yukon.
Learning from the recent and lively threads, I now would adjust my position and agree to mandatory wreck certs only for penetrating divers, not for outside. No enforcement, use the honor system. Who cheats may die.
This agrees with MHK's point No. 1. I think No. 2 - 8 should only be meant for penetrating divers, not for the divers remaining outside the hull.
