I think I said it clearly when I ended my post with

BTW, I said "From what I read it looks like he was trying to lift..." This alone explicitly explains opinion, not fact.
I based it on the story that was given in the original post and added one (salvaging anchors) plus one (inflated BC without a diver in it).
With all due respect to the victim and his family, what do you conclude from the story?
