I'm going diving in San Diego with a bunch of knuckleheads (Bill, Mike, Bob, Joe, and Kevin) from Las Vegas this weekend and would like to know where the best sites are, what's the buzz about some big dive event this weekend, and do tides play a big part in San Diego's surf/diving? Thanks....
