I know, this is a free country and everyone has the right to speak.
I don't know for a fact but read from your posts that you are an experienced diver and have not only survived but even had fun diving some very challenging sites and situations.
Solo diving for you is perhaps safer than buddy diving for a lot of teams.
That being said, maybe it is wise for you to consider that your claim could give some less experienced divers the wrong idea. I.e., "seahunt knows what he's talking about, so his word is it: solo diving is OK"
Let's quickly look at the other side: they say buddy diving is safer. I can agree with this as a general statement. I also understand them saying that solo diving should not be done. I can not subscribe to that idea and think more in your terms. But here is where we differ--I think it is more likely to cause harm to an inexperienced diver by luring them into solo diving than to convince them of buddy diving. This is why I shut up.
I'm not saying you should too. Just to think about that aspect.
