I'm looking to make a ballast system for an underwater video/lighting set up. I'd like to set up a tiny bottle and first stage with a custom bladder about the size of a football. Anybody know of a BCD manufacturer that is local to Santa Monica / Los Angeles that might build me one? Thank you
