Our club has a charter on the Conception out of Santa Barbara boarding thursday night ( Nov 4 th. after 8:00pm leaving for the northern channel islands ( Talcot Shoals , Santa Rosa , San Miguel weather permitting , including a night dive ) at 4:00am November 5 th .
