I wouldn't be comfortable on your side of the Nitrox issue fence, Ken. Okay, there may be divers that use EANx foolishly, but I guarantee that number is minute compared to divers who use 21% foolishly. Tell me what's foolish about my Nitrox profile:
My primary bottle a 125 cu ft steel, my pony a 40 cu ft aluminum. 21% in the main, 40% in the pony. At 90 fsw with no less than 600 psi in my main, I switch to the 40% pony and ascend, computer still tuned to 21%. Safety stops at 20 and 15. If I don't ascend the anchor line, I deploy a BUDDY SMB from my Manta reel and ascend that way. (Excuse the brand names; damn fine products.) So tell us all, Ken: what's wrong with my side of the Nitrox fence that would lure me over to your anti side?
