I'd say the get the reg first, with a computer. Then, you can
see if you want to integrate your octo as part of your BC.
In an ideal world, where we all had lots of disposible funds,
I'd say get the BC and the reg at the same time. But, starting
out diving, buying all the equipment can really add up. However,
a LOT of dealers will make a package deal for you -- once they
realize you will more than likely be a return customer.
Just my opinion, which we all know there are as many as waves on
the sea, and all are different ...
