Is there anything like the professional liability insurance DMs and instructors can get for other divers?
I've always considered it a mixed blessing, 1st it will help you defend yourself and they have experience in this type of lawsuit, however the mere fact that you have insurance I'm sure will encourage some of the lower-lifeform lawyers to pursue you.
