Favorite way to get/eat ab

I am going ab diving this week for the first (but hopefully not last) time. Assuming I bag my three (I'm rather persistant), what's the best way to prepare them?

I have heard (read?) about several folk here taking ab trips, and I'm curious how you prep and eat your take.

Also, if anyone has any helpful hints or tips I'll be more than happy to take them. I'm kind of nervous after reading all the horror stories of the NorCal coast...
