If you mean the rectangular hole in the steering compartment, that's on the starboard side (it ain't called the "upsidedown wreck" for nothing.) Was it on the same side forward of this hole? Sorry to be so persistent, but Dana was on the wreck this June and claims there were no "new" porthole holes.
