It's on the port side if the ship were sitting up right. When I used the term port side I wanted to be specific to take into consideration the fact that she sits upside down.
When you go down face the bow and go to the crack, if you are facing the bow the port side will now be on your right side, and the port hole is slighty forward of the crack.
Tell your buddy that I've seen it, Walker has seen it and I'm pretty sure that Rottner and the wreck divers have seen it. Hell, they'll probably put it on display at nect years Scuba Show..
