I've bought a few things. I ordered a skin, way too big was sent, and i couldn't make contact to send back. I ordered a sharkskin shirt, way too small was sent, same problem with return. I ordered a flash and a couple of other hardware type items, and I'm happy. these were before the last SCUBA Show. At the show, I heard them talking about their New Customer Relation policy. I just ordered a pair of booties, and in the carton was a return form. I also made a call before i got my shipment, and was somewhat suprised when a person actually answered. Right now, it's a toss up. Anything to wear, I'm leary of buying from them, but other stuff seems OK.
