A web site with surf and vis conditions for a specific LB dive site does not exist. But you can get close if you read available information and combine it with own and others' experience.

For a starter, look at the surf and dive forecast of the OC Register at
http://www.ocregister.com/ads/ocean/

then combine it with the swell models of
http://cdip.ucsd.edu/models/orange_hs.gif
and
http://cdip.ucsd.edu/models/socal_now.shtml
and then look at the geographical location of your specific dive site to evaluate the effect of the incoming swells (compass direction) vs. the layout of the coast of that beach.

Less swells and/or more protection means less silt means more vis.

HTH,
Eins
