I've written at least a few times here that I do believe
individuals have the right to engage in risky behaviors.
Risk is certainly a relative thing. I don't really want
California to become more like Canada where someone else
makes the decision for you.
Until recreation accidents get anywhere near the
4000 Californians killed on the roads every year, I'm
not going to worry about it.
