Just for clarification, wasn't the rig Tony Maffatone died with OC? It sure didn't LOOK like a rebreather in the pics I saw, EXO-26 with OC exhaust clearly visible. I think I remember GIII posting that the screwed up manifold (also in the pics) did him.
