Funny, but that's the least risky part, according to my Lasik surgeon. He says that the eye is non-compressible, therefore over- or underpressure has no effect on the eye or its parts (like a freshly operated corneal flap).
He told me explicitly that the pressure component in diving does not present any danger after Lasik.
