Actually a HP120 is 93 ft^3 at 2640 psi, thus almost identical volume to a LP 95.
Also having used both tanks, a HP 120 is a much nicer tank to dive with. The smaller diameter puts the center of gravity of the tank closer to your body, thus it feels lighter than a 95 even though the weight is identical.
Plus you can not always get a 95 over filled.
Diver's Discount currently has HP120's for $319.95. The least I have ever payed for one new is $290, so that is not a bad price.
