Mike, instead of selling Kelpy your bondage wings why don't you just save yourself some time and just cut her thoat.
Don't forget about the triple fatality off W.Palm Beach June 13th 1998 where a student Mike Ekin was wearing a negitive rig and his 80 lbs lift bondage wings over pressurized at less that 30lbs due to the static pressure that the bungies created. This also killed his instructor Andre Smith and assistant instructor John Claypool.
I can't remember the guys name who just entered the water on the Doria without turning his gas supply on and was unable to manually inflate his bondage wings thus drowned.
I know there are many others but I would have to dig through my archives of dead comrads.
