Gerry, if I might so politly add, OMS's attempt to make bondage wings more streamlined failed in the fact that they create turbulant water around all the bunched up material, increasing drag.
Even the largest of the none bongied wings glide through the water like a wing on a glinder with little increase in drag. This is if they are not filled with lots of air commonly seen on divers with an unbalanced/overweighted rig.
