If you demand it, you can get the + rating renewed after the first hydro (as long as the tank passes). The + rating can be given virtually forever.
BTW, OMS guarantees 10,000 fill cycles @ well over 3000 psi (can't remember the exact pressure--check the OMS web site for details). How many dives do you expect to make with your cylinder?
