The biggest one I caught was just under ten pounds. Back side of Catalina. It measured just under 3 feet from the tip of the antenna to the end of the tail. I have the pictures to prove it. Boiled it for a short time and then cut the tail lengthwise and put on the bbq for 5 minutes along side a large steak. It fed six of up. Soft, tender, jucy, and flavorfull. I felt kinda bad because it was probibly older than me, but it taseted great and I would do it again.
