(my primary dive buddy is also spanish!)
2nd of all, you will indeed get cited if caught
solo diving by life guards (or not using a snorkel)
in laguna beach. i'm not sure how much the
citation costs, but i can ask my husband who
works for the city of lag beach.
3rd of all, seriously, i would advise you in
a friendly manner to please reconsider your
choice of topic for this board. w/such high
passions about solo diving, we may just eclipse
the mideast conflict (no disrespect to what's
going on there).
so, please be warned that you may attract a LOT
of heat for this and this board has been through
quite a bit of flame wars and rhetoric over this
issue. it's nicer when the board is more civilized.
(i just hope you're not trolling...)
