You can solo dive just about anywhere besides Laguna.
Unlike the many fanatics who frequent this BBS and others, I see no problem for a very experinced diver diving solo.
I personally have made about 1200 solo dives, and about 80 solo beach dives.
Please make sure to call the dive off if conditions are not to your liking. The biggest mistake I see divers make is going on a beach dive because they are there, even though conditions are not good.
