in this field will come along any minute now, but just to
stick my nose in your business, i thought i had
read in an on-line news article about a natural
grazer of this plant--some sort of snail,
if i remember correctly. i don't know if THAT'S
what you are asking about in relation to the
indopacific ecosystem, but it was mentioned in the
article to be a potential way of dealing w/this
plant in our backyard.

if so, the next most important q is what ELSE
is this other non-native creature capable of doing
in our backyard????
