I don't really see the need for A/C on the dive boat. I was there at the end of August into September and while on land near the ocean there was high humidity, out on the ocean it is comfortable. The Rio Rita has a sun deck with drop down shades (as does the staging area below) and that seemed perfectly fine. A/C on the dive boat though? The only time I might see use for it would be on a liveaboard. Baja Expeditions does have a liveaboard (forget the name), but I wasn't on that, just their 55' or so day boat Rio Rita.
