I picked up to used tanks on a job in trade fro my services. (I made out on the better end of the deal.) So they only thing they cost me was the inspections to bring them current!
It's just more conveniant for me to have my own. When I lived back east it was economical for me to rent at the time. Now that I try to dive every weekend (I am not more than 300 feet from the lake. To bad it's not a lake front house.
Being that I live up in cold country in the winter what are the problems of leaving an AL tank in an unheated space? Not that I do, they live in the heater room next to the heater when not in use.
