The spice Ginger is suppose to be very good. Tried a couple of med's including Dramamine, and they actually made me sick. Another thing to try is the wrist bands that our out. They come in pairs, and have small button you place on the inside of your wrist. It works like Actupunture, by pressing on pressure points. Many people swear by them.
