Most commercial boats are using the mooring lines whenever they can. The Lois Ann will anchor if all the mooring lines are taken.

Except for weekends, mooring lines on the Yukon should not be a problem. There are four. On weekends, you just need to be aware of the commercial boats' schedules and work around them. Don't expect to arrive at the Yukon at 9:00 a.m. and find a free spot. Keep in mind that most of the commercial boats do 2-tank, half-day trips. This means there is typically a window from about 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. when there are no commercial boats on site.
