Is there a minimum time of certified status still (ever)?
Fortunately, no shop around here would touch such a raw
person. If they required the candidates to pass the NAUI
circus stunt regimen it would probably be enough to
fix this more recent move...or are PADI shops not allowed to
raise the bar above the standards??
