MHK, you might remember that I raised my voice earlier in favor of more stringent certification policies. This 80 minute comment comes from the part in me that just wants to find something good in what is condemnded by the majority.
And, like I said, if the instructors would only be strict enough in passing only skillful divers, the 80 minute thing would not necessarily be so bad.
