We'll certainly never mistake them for the US agencies
that specify small numbers of dives before going into
leadership. Hell, they require far more dives before
you can dive without an instructor/dm type. I hate to
ask how many hundreds before you really get in deep.
I'm pretty sure there's a happy medium in between the two.
