For the webbing Dale, go to our pals at West Coast
Divers, as of last Thursday, Danny and Charles had
a couple huge spools of the stuff in black and I
believe blue. As Kendall pointed out, get the
heavy duty stuff - your tri-glides and real buckle
with work much better as the webbing get's broken
in.
Here's a link to find out how to rig it up. There
is also a link on the page that will show you with
a cad generated drawing how to thread it up.

If you or anyone else needs more references on how
to assemble a single strap harness or most anything
else related to the BP wings configurations, let me
know and I'll supply further links and info from the
Techdivers-CA mailing list links pages. It's
pretty much a one stop site for this kind of info.
