I have had fairly good experience with the Torrance store. The main problem is that it is a corporation and run like one, and I have heard enough not to get equipment serviced there. I orderd my X2 westuit there and they had to ship it from some store about 40 miles away. After three weeks of no-show I went to pick it up myself. But the prices sure are good (an example - it's cheaper now, but 1 year ago the Seaquest XR2 reg was $329 -now it's $229 - what a deal - at Sports Chalet, but >$450 at Dive n Surf).
