Ken, why is EANx okay for military and commercial diving in depths shallower than 130 fsw but not okay for trained sport divers? Case in point: with twin 80's filled to 36% EANx we can consertively dive a NDL of 40 minutes to a maximum depth of 90 fsw compared with 20 minutes for 21% with routine safety stops. The average depth to the wreck of the VALIANT off Casino Point, Avalon, is 90 fsw.
Convince me if you can that I'm in a greater risk of a bends hit with 36% rather than 21% at that depth on that particular wreck. Ball's in your court, Mr. Reef Seeker.
