When I said 'shallow depths where the risk is not so high', I meant depths up to, say, 60 feet.

I consider the Yukon not to be a shallow dive. Nitrox can safely and gainfully be used to 130 feet and a little beyond if the limiting factors are known and heeded. These are MOD and PO2 and they are interdependent.

This does not mean that there is not a better breathing gas (e.g., Trimix) for these or even any depths. Some limiting factors for Trimix are its even more limited availability and the prohibitive price.
