This may be a dumb question (because I'm not a hunter), but aren't the boat crews and captains supposed to check what people bring up? I know you can't do much about people creatively hiding their contraband, but shouldn't there be some sort of check when divers come back up the ladder? On the few boat trips I've been on, it seems that everyone is on the honor system. Everyone is fairly casual about it. I'd love to hear what other divers and boat crews have to say....
