I find your story about the "diver" with the aluminum 80 full of abs to be completly revolting, what is it with these people? why havent they been banned from the local dive boats? I am new to the sport of diving but for the life of me I cannot understand how people like this are allowed to get away with abusing the environment in this fashion.
