I just finished up a long comparison of Dry Suits just a few moths ago. After comparing various features and prices, I chose a Dive Concepts crushed neoprene suit (Pinacle).

DC does custom suits for just $100 more than off the rack (additional features are more $). I have done dives in the suit and like it a lot. DUI makes a slightly higher quality Dry Suit, but charges more for it. Given how much I dive I did not consider the difference in price to be worth it (others may have different opinions).

I would avoid any dump or valve on the lower part (below the waist) of the suit. It is more prone to damage and fouling from sand, equipment, rocks, Etc.

I personally consider fit and flexibility (subject to cost considerations) to be the most important features on a Dry Suit.

I would reccomend that you try several on and check them out in a pool or diving if you can before you buy.
