Unless I'm misunderstanding something about the data, there's not much I can conclude. If the PDE and injury populations are the same, maybe one can infer that Nitrox is safer, but even that's tenuous because of lack of control and uniformity.

This is the problem with DAN data: it's bits and pieces, like a picture puzzle with most of the pieces missing.
