when i dragged mine onto the boat, i set it up on the roof of the wheelhouse where no one else would bother it and i "posed" it while it was still wet. By the time we made it back to port, the thing was almost as stiff as a board.
I've sort of planned on gathering them whenever i run across them and using them as part of my decor.
