Sorry Kendall but I haven't taught any such class in 4 years. Anything beyond 100f in done on trimix these days. We've realized many of the mistake that we have promoted in the past and Nitrogen has to be reduced for our safety and our health. We can reduce it with O2 or He. I prefer both on dive as shallow as 70f. But you can't displace the N2 with to much O2 otherwise you will recieve a rather negetive result by way of tissue oxidation or a cns hit.
