Largest bug caught opening season on the GE was approx 9.5-10 #. I say approximate because the 8 bugs that went over 5 lbs required a different scale, and I personaly don't believe that scale was the most accurate. I do know that after many years of bowling, they all weighed more than 8lbs, perhaps (as many on the boat those 4 days would swear) as much as 11.
