On October 27-28 I went on the Sea Diver's (http://SeaDivers.org/) trip to Santa Barbara Island.
There were three divers from Alaska on the trip. Christine, got her first lobster.
They told me that the bigest problem hunting halibut is Alaska is they are too big!
I did farily well on the trip, getting 12 bugs ... the bigest being about 5 1/2 lbs.
