I've been on almost all the dive boats that launch out of San Pedro and in my oppinion, The Great Escape is the best boat in the harbor. It's also one of the biggest. Lots of room. Excellent sleeping quarters. Big galley. Showers, bathrooms etc... Ask anyone who's been on it - they will all agree. You're in for a treat. As far as diving Santa Barbara Island is concerned, it's a beautifull dive. You will be diving into huge kelp forests and meet up with hundreds of sealions. And if the conditions are good you may even get to touch the sealions. It's one of the best dives you will ever do. Have fun.
