Anybody ever see the DEMA film, "I'd Rather Be Diving", that Jack shot? I wrote it and appeared in it with my son, Tony. It was shot in Hawaii in 1982. Yes, as Ken posted, Jack's "official" death was from pneumonia but his immune system was too weakened from AIDS to fight it Hell of a super guy, diver, u/w cinematographer. He's a friend I'll always miss.
